Brownies

First of all, I am sorry I haven't posted in a while. I have moved to France for my year abroad and turns out that I don't have an oven in the shared kitchen in my accommodation so unfortunately no baking for me this year (unless I perfect microwave baking :D) so I'm not sure how much I'll be able to post in the future..

As for this recipe, that belonged to the section quite long ago when I had my goodbye party and baked quite a lot. It is a really indulgent brownie recipe and quite easy to do :)

Ingredients for a 20x30cm baking tin

120 g of dark chocolate
175 g of butter
250 g sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
125 g of flour
nuts (a handful if you wish)

Preheat the oven to 175° C. Break the chocolate into chunks and melt them in a waterbath together with the butter. Once melted, let it cool for a little and then stir in the sugar and the eggs, one by one. Add the vanilla extract as well and finish off by sifting the flour in as well. If you wanted to you could add some chopped up nuts at this stage. Grease your baking tin and then pour the brownie mixture in evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes in the oven and let the brownies cool before you start cutting them. Enjoy :)
