Ingredients (dependent on how many people you'd like to feed)
tortillas (plain or with garlic or other flavours)
grated cheese (e.g. cheddar)
mushrooms
red onions
ham
peppers
sweet corn
salt and pepper
mixed herbs if you wish to add some more flavour
Cut up the filling into small pieces and grate the cheese if you haven't bought grated one at the shop and place on a tortilla. Be quite generous with the cheese, as it will make the two tortillas stick together. Add the filling and put some more cheese on before you place the second tortilla on top. Fry in a frying pan with little oil until brown from both sides and cut into 4 - enjoy! :)
