Ingredients
chicken breast fillets (or any other part of the chicken really)
1 tablespoon of wholegrain mustard (or a bit more if you like)
3 tablespoons of honey
150 ml of vegetable oil, I used sunflower oil
vegetables (peppers, courgettes, aubergines, mushrooms etc.)

Make a marinade out of the oil, mustard and honey and make sure it is combined well. Cut the chicken into medium sized pieces and place them in a bowl with the marinade, making sure each piece is covered in the marinade. Seal with cling film and leave to marinade for at least 2 hours. Chop the vegetables into chunks and marinade in some oil and mixed herbs if you like. Assemble the skewers using both chicken and vegetables, alternating them. Barbecue until the chicken is tender and cooked. Enjoy :)
