Burgers

Making your own burgers for a barbecue is great - you know exactly what went into them and you can vary the taste :) so here is a simple recipe for you :)

No pictures of them afterwards, they were gone too quickly, sorry!

For about 10 burgers (depends on size) you will need

1 kg of mince
1 onion
salt and pepper
mustard
worcestershire sauce
1 egg (or 2 if you prefer)
breadcrumbs

Chop the onion very finely (finer than I did here :D) and mix in with the mince. Add in about 2 teaspoons of mustard, or more if you like more, 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce (or more if you wish), the egg and salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs to this until you can form nice burgers. As a rough guidance: 100-150 g I would say, I didn't weigh the exact measurements unfortunately. Fry on a barbecue until they're done :) Enjoy!
